Excellent TV for digital signal. Even for watching regular tv signal (480p), it is much better than my old sony projection tv. But it has very poor quality on analog singal, which I guess no one cares nowadays. The menu is kind of useless, did not give me much help on what all those setting for. They remain mysterious for me. Although, it has PIP function, but I could not use it. I did not have a HD box, and I connect my basic digital box, and cable directly to the TV. I tried to watch two channels in PIP, and learned the TV does not support it in this connection. If you have a HD box, and connects to the component input on the TV, you should be able to use PIP (as least the menu says so).
